Ground, stabilise and heal under the Strawberry Supermoon with a soothing moon based yoga practice guided by Jaime to the alchemical sounds of Matty Rainbow from Sound Healing Australia. In this not to be missed 90 minute journey you will be cocooned by the live soothing sounds of Matty as I lead you through a mellow Yin sequence combining gentle asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to soothe and heal the soul. An all levels complete practice of movement , breathwork and stillness to channel the potency of the full moon to soothe & heal the soul.
